Already during his architectural studies at the Werkkunstschule Dortmund, Dieter Sieger worked on his own architectural projects. In 1965, he established his own office and built private homes for German and foreign customers. He devotes his time to shipbuilding and designs of various yacht interiors. Since the early eighties, he has concentrated on the design of sanitary objects. Customers are, among others, Alape, Dornbracht, Duravit, Hoesch and Hüppe. Since 1990, he runs the offices together with his sons Christian and Michael and expanded the management by Benedikt Sauerland. His designs have been awarded various prizes including National Awards from The Netherlands and Japan for Product Design. |
